Some orders are made-to-order, because of this; we do not accept cancellations or refunds on those orders.
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Pre-orders
Returns and Exchange Details
If your product has arrived and is damaged please email us at info@zoomzuum.com within 10 Business Days of your item arriving. Please provide us with a photo of the damaged item and we will submit the claim to the print vendor.
The Teddy Bears are custom designed and as such, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in the same condition you received it within 10 Business Days of receipt. If the item arrives damaged, please provide a photo within seven (7) Business Days of your item arriving. A restocking fee of 18% will be charged for the return of the Teddy Bears.
