OUR POLICIES APPLY TO ANYTHING PURCHASED VIA THIS WEBSITE

Customers are responsible for any and all fees, taxes, duties, customs, etc. for shipping to their country.  

Shipping does not include payment for any unforeseen customs fees into the country of delivery. 

USPS Shipping is subject to delay due to COVID-19. Tracking is automatically provided once the item has been fulfilled by the drop shipping vendor. ZoomZuum is not responsible for any issues with late, delayed, in transit or packages marked as delivered. If you have an issue with your delivery please contact your local postal office before contacting us. 

Due to COVID-19, items are subject to delay. Please be patient and you will receive your tracking information when the item has been fulfilled. 

Please allow 20 business days before reaching out about the status of your order and allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to show movement. If you reach out prior to the stated time period we will not have an update for you because your order is still in production. Emails will not result in an update, estimated shipping date, or faster turnaround time. If you do not receive your item within the timeframe specified please email info@zoomzuum.com.

If you order a mix of items please note they may ship separately from different drop shipping vendors.
